CR 001 SCALPING CHAMBER EP 12" 06.2019

        1 Chamber
        2 Satan II
        3 Chamber (October Remix)
        4 Satan II (Bruce Remix)

Formed in 2017, Bristol underground foursome Scalping make good on the promise of
their extraordinary live audio-visual shows with their recording debut Chamber EP
(also the debut release of new imprint Council Records). Merging industrial techno
with post-punk innovation, side A originals ‘Chamber’ and ‘Satan II’, as well as
their remixed counterparts on the flip side, mangle esoteric dance beats into a
claustrophobic space, filling it with gristly euphoria.

This brand new EP from South London band Talk Show further cements them as one of
the capital’s best new indie outfits. Inspired by fragments of overheard conversations
and ads on public transport, the four tracks of These People reflects the modern world
of increased alienation and atomisation.
