Utterly unique LP from Altkat, a Turkish-Armenian musician. Taking as his basis the
saz, a type of long necked lute, and adding some light electronic production Altkat
manages to merge the tradition, with the contemporary. Lakerda is sparse, volume wise
it's barely there, but the sum total is one of great weight and meaning.
